केंद्र के बारे में

हिमाचल क्षेत्रीय केंद्र हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य के कुल्लू जिले के मोहल में स्थित है। यह केंद्र उत्तर पश्चिमी हिमालय में 31 25'' उत्तरी अक्षांश और - 769' - 779' पूर्व 9 पूर्वी देशांतर पर स्थित है। यह केंद्र 1200 मीटर एम्सएल की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है। हिमाचल क्षेत्रीय केंद्र की स्थापना 01 जुलाई 1992 को ढालपुर, जिला कुल्लू में एक किराए के भवन में की गई थी और जून 1993 तक जारी रहा। केन्द्र के कार्यालय एवं आवासीय परिसर की आधारशिला माननीय केन्द्रीय पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्री श्री कमल नाथ ने 2 जून 1993 को कुल्लू जिले के मोहल गांव में रखी। ।

कार्यालय और आवासीय परिसर के निर्माण के दौरान, हिमाचल क्षेत्रीय केंद्र का कार्य जून 1993 से मार्च 1999 तक शमशी, कुल्लू के किराये के भवन में संचालित किया गया था। वर्ष 1998 में मोहल में स्थायी भवन निर्माण के बाद 02 अप्रैल 1999 को कार्यालय एवं आवासीय परिसर का विधिवत उद्घाटन माननीय श्री सुरेश प्रभु, पर्यावरण मंत्री, पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा किया गया।

पीएच.डी. मार्गदर्शन/इंटर्नशिप/निबंध/औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण

एचआरसी के संकाय युवा शोधकर्ताओं को पीएचडी के लिए मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करते हैं। काम और इंटर्नशिप / शोध प्रबंध / औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण कार्य के लिए स्नातकोत्तर / स्नातक छात्रों को भी सलाह देते हैं

 विभिन्न पर्यावरणीय/विकासात्मक पहलुओं पर परामर्श सेवाएं प्रदान की जाती हैं

तरुवाटिका

हिमाचल क्षेत्रीय केंद्र, मोहल, कुल्लू ने संस्थान परिसर में बहुत अच्छी तरह से आर्बरेटम का रखरखाव किया है। वहीं, लगभग 50 महत्वपूर्ण वृक्ष प्रजातियों का एक्स-सीटू संरक्षण किया जा रहा है। वन अधिकारियों, शोधकर्ताओं, छात्रों के शिक्षकों, स्थानीय समुदाय, गैर सरकारी संगठनों के सदस्यों, अन्य सरकार विभाग से लेकर हितधारकों की विविध श्रेणियां आदि नियमित रूप से दौरा करते हैं और हिमालयी क्षेत्र की पुष्प जैव विविधता के बारे में अर्बोरेटम से सीखते हैं

टिश्यू कल्चर लैब

एचआरसी की टिश्यू कल्चर लैब में गुणवत्तापूर्ण औषधीय पौधों को उगाने के लिए संकटग्रस्त एवं महत्वपूर्ण पौधों का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जा रहा है

आनुवंशिक संसाधन केंद्र (जीआरसी)

एचआरसी के धोरानाला हर्बल गार्डन साइट पर लक्षित औषधीय पौधों की प्रजातियों के जर्मप्लाज्म संरक्षण के लिए जीआरसी की स्थापना की गई है

संस्थान के हिमाचल क्षेत्रीय केंद्र में लक्षित औषधीय पौधों की प्रजातियों के जर्मप्लाज्म,पिक्रोरिजा कुरोआ, स्वेरटिया चिरायता, रूबिया कॉर्डिफोलिया और नारडोस्टैचिस ग्रैंडिफ्लोरा संरक्षण के लिए एक आनुवंशिक संसाधन केंद्र (जीआरसी) स्थापित किया गया है,

तकनीकी समर्थन

कुल्लू जिले के 5 ब्लॉकों में 140 पीबीआर तैयार करने के लिए कुल्लू जिले के जिला प्रशासन को तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान की गई। साथ ही, पीबीआर . की तैयारी के लिए भर्ती किए गए युवा प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए प्रखंड स्तर पर चार प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए

मेकोनोप्सिस मर्केंसिस वर. मेराकेंसिस ने बताया

मेकोनोप्सिस मर्केंसिस वर. मरकेंसिस भारत से पहली बार रिपोर्ट किया गया है, प्रजाति तवांग, अरुणाचल प्रदेश के नगुला आर्द्रभूमि क्षेत्र के पास दर्ज की गई है.

Rosehip based enterprise has been established in the Kullu Valley of Himachal Pradesh for socioeconomic development of rural women which is running successfully since 2016.

मधुमक्खी पालन पर दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम ( 6th Apr 2021 -7th Apr 2021)


नाबार्ड द्वारा वित्त पोषित परियोजना के तहत 'संरक्षण और प्रबंधन पारंपरिक मधुमक्खी पालन (एपिस सेराना) प्रथाओं के विकास के माध्यम से कुल्लू घाटी, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में सतत आजीविका श्रृंखला के विकास के तहत' कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। मधुमक्खी पालन के प्रशिक्षण के लिए तीर्थन घाटी के तुंग पंचायत के 30 संभावित मधुमक्खी पालकों का चयन किया गया जिसमें मधुमक्खी पालन की मूल बातें, क्या करें और क्या न करें, झुंड, आजीविका के पहलू, परागण आदि शामिल हैं।

इस कार्यशाला में विभिन्न वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों के वैज्ञानिकों, शोधार्थियों और छात्रों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले 100 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों और हिमाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के प्रोफेसरों ने भाग लिया।

ट्रांस हिमालय में सीबकथॉर्न वैल्यू चेन के निर्माण पर एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी ( 5th Mar 2021)


जीबीपी 'एनआईएचई', एचआरसी, मोहल, कुल्लू, हिमाचल प्रदेश द्वारा "ट्रांस हिमालय में सीबकथॉर्न वैल्यू चेन का निर्माण" पर एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी / वेबिनार का आयोजन किया गया। संगोष्ठी को राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक (नाबार्ड), शिमला और राष्ट्रीय हिमालय अध्ययन मिशन (एनएमएचएस), पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित किया गया था

आजीविका विकास के लिए उच्च मूल्य के औषधीय पौधों की खेती, कटाई के बाद प्रबंधन और विपणन पर 3 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम ( 28th Feb 2021 -2nd Mar 2021)


प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में कुल 15 प्रगतिशील किसानों/औषधीय पौधों की खेती करने वालों ने भाग लिया। संस्थान के वैज्ञानिक, औषधीय पौधे बोर्ड, डाबर इंडिया प्रा. लिमिटेड और कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के वैज्ञानिकों ने व्याख्यान दिया और प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को प्रशिक्षित किया

हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में हिमालयन नॉलेज नेटवर्क (HKN) की स्थापना के लिए नेटवर्क विकास और सिनर्जी बिल्डिंग पर राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला ( 25th Sep 2020)


वर्चुअल मोड के माध्यम से "हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में हिमालयी ज्ञान नेटवर्क (एचकेएन) की स्थापना के लिए नेटवर्क विकास और सिनर्जी बिल्डिंग" पर राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला "हिमालयन कॉलिंग: ब्रिजिंग साइंस, पॉलिसी एंड प्रैक्टिस टू फोस्टर सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट इन द इंडियन हिमालय क्षेत्र"" प्रोजेक्ट के तहत आयोजित की गई थी।

मधुमक्खी पालन पर दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम: आजीविका का एक प्रमुख विकल्प ( 10th Feb 2020 -11th Feb 2020)


जेंडर बजटिंग कार्यक्रम के तहत कुल्लू जिले की महिलाओं के लिए जेंडर बजटिंग के तहत एक प्रमुख आजीविका विकल्प का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में कुल्लू घाटी के विभिन्न पंचायतों और महिला मंडलों की महिलाएं शामिल थीं। बंड्रोल और दीनदयाल मधुमक्खी फार्म, कुल्लू में ब्रबी प्रोडक्ट्स में प्रतिभागियों के लिए प्रदर्शन और प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

सस्टेनेबल सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट पर सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स: ग्रीन स्किल बिल्डिंग प्रोग्राम के तहत कचरे को संसाधनों में बदलना ( 3rd Feb 2020 -17th Feb 2020)


इस सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स ने स्थायी कचरा प्रबंधन में प्रतिभागियों के कौशल को बढ़ाया है और विभिन्न तकनीकों के माध्यम से ठोस कचरे को संसाधन में बदलने के लिए उपयुक्त विकल्प भी प्रदान किए हैं

कुल्लू घाटी में महिलाओं के बीच समुदाय आधारित ईको-पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने पर चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम ( 27th Jan 2020 -30th Jan 2020)


चार दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के दौरान, एचपी के इकोटूरिज्म प्लानर श्री अंकित सूद, एचपी के सांस्कृतिक विशेषज्ञ श्री ज्ञान चंद चम्ब्याल और श्री अदिता, सनशाइन एडवेंचर्स आदि जैसे विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा समुदाय आधारित इकोटूरिज्म के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर 12 व्याख्यान दिए गए। क्षेत्र के कुछ सफल इकोटूरिज्म मॉडल को देखने के लिए क्षेत्र का दौरा भी शामिल है।

हिमालय में हिम तेंदुए के आवासों के संरक्षण के लिए औषधीय और सुगंधित पौधे (एमएपी) क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दो दिवसीय विचार-मंथन-सह-कार्यशाला ( 14th Oct 2019 -15th Oct 2019)


20 संगठनों (GBPNIHE, LAHDC, NCF, DIHAR, Hort. Dept, MAP कल्टीवेटर, डाबर, LEDG, WWF, NRISR, वन विभाग, LEHO, UNDP, SKUAST, Amchi, CIBS, EJM लद्दाख ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग) के कुल 62 प्रतिभागी कार्यशाला में भाग लिया।
