NIHE Kullu Honoured with Rajbhasha Shield for Outstanding Hindi Implementation

Himachal Pradesh Regional Centre, Kullu of GBP-NIHE Honoured with Rajbhasha Shield for Excellence in Hindi Implementation. On 09 January 2026, during the second half-yearly meeting (2025–26) of the Nagar Rajbhasha Implementation Committee, Kullu–Manali, the G.B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment, Himachal Pradesh Regional Centre, Kullu (under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India) was honoured with the Rajbhasha Shield and a Certificate of Appreciation (for the year 2024–2025) for its outstanding performance and effective organization of activities in the implementation of Hindi as the Official Language. The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of 43 Central Government offices.
