EIACP Centre on Himalayan Ecology of the Institute participated in the 21st Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Conference 2026

The EIACP Centre on Himalayan Ecology, GBPNIHE, Almora, participated in the two-day 21st Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Conference 2026, held on 25–26 October 2026. The Centre showcased its knowledge products, publications, GSDP training products, and initiatives related to environmental conservation, capacity building, and sustainable livelihoods. The exhibition also highlighted the research activities, scientific contributions, and ongoing initiatives of GBPNIHE, demonstrating how modern scientific approaches are integrated with traditional knowledge for biodiversity conservation, sustainable natural resource management, and livelihood improvement in the Indian Himalayan Region.
